Water Analysis

Analysis of water quality is done on a daily basis. Three type of test are conducted to determined the quality of Jantzen’s RO water. Samples are taken randomly at various sampling points and are tested for pH, Total Dissolved Solid (TDS) and chlorine level.

The RO water will be bottled & delivered if it had met the requirement listed below.

pH	6.5 – 8.5
Total Dissolved Solid (TDS)	0 – 10ppm
Chlorine Level	< 0.1 mg/l

Should the water fail to meet either one of the three tests, the whole batch will be deemed not safe for consumption & disposed. An investigation to detect the root cause & corrective action will be conducted to avoid the re-occurrence of unacceptable water quality level.
