Q Where does your water come from?
A Our water is provided by JBA, no difference from your tap water. However, our water goes through a series of purification process involving filtration, reverse osmosis and also ultra violet light.
Q What types of bottled water do you offer?
A We have Reverse Osmosis water (more commonly known as RO water), Mineral water, as well as Distilled water.
Q What is PET plastic, and why is it safe for use in bottled water containers?
A PET (polyethylene terephthalate) is a clear, tough polymer that provides an excellent barrier against oxygen and carbon dioxide. Consistent with studies by regulators and independent research groups, a 2000 report from the International Life Sciences Institute indicates that “PET itself is biologically inert if ingested, is dermally safe during handling, and is not a hazard if inhaled.”
Q How long can I store bottled water?
A The manufactured time and date as well as the expiry date of the water are printed on the cap of the bottle. Water can be stored up to 2 years, provided it is stored in the right conditions.
Q Why should I loan a water dispenser from Jantzen?
A Getting your dispenser from Jantzen is an easy, hassle-free way to enjoy delicious, healthy Jantzen RO Water. By paying a refundable deposit, you get to use a brand new Hot & Cold dispenser.
Q What if I already own a water dispenser?
A You may still purchase our bottled water and other products as well as we do provide free delivery service to offices and residences. Our 19 Liter bottles are industry standard, therefore it would not be a problem to fit it into your dispenser.
Q Can I move dispenser to a different premise by myself?
A Do inform our Logistic Department should you wish to relocate your dispenser. Due to the fact that the internal components of the dispenser are quite sensitive, it would be advisable to get professional help.
Q What is “Water Guard”?
A It’s a system on our dispensers that makes our 19lit bottles spill-proof. Each bottle has a cap designed specifically to fit on these dispensers. No spills when changing bottles! It also keeps dust and dirt from getting into the dispenser.
Q My water dispenser is leaking, what should I do?
A Remove the bottle from the dispenser carefully. Please contact our Maintenance Department for assistance.
Q The hot water isn’t hot enough, what should I do?
A This could occur if someone has taken a large amount of hot water right before you. Just wait for 10-15 minutes for the water to boil and your hot water supply would resume. If the temperature of the water is still not up to mark, kindly inform our Maintenance Department for assistance.
Q How do I clean my dispenser?
A When you loan a dispenser from us, you don’t have to. Our well trained technicians will take care of all maintenance service and repairs. How’s that for convenience.
Q Can I have your water delivered to me?
A Definitely, we do provide delivery services for free. A suitable issue period will be set in accordance to your water consumption and our delivery guy will deliver the water to you according to your issue period and prefix routine.
Q Do I need to be home to receive my water deliveries?
A Water delivery service and rental of dispenser. - You are only required to be present during the installation process. We will contact you to schedule a convenient delivery time to install your dispenser in your home or office and show you exactly how your dispenser works. After the initial installation, you need not be present during deliveries.

Water Delivery Service only. - It is not necessary for you to be present. Just select a location at your home or office and our route delivery guy will leave your water there each time. You can leave your empty bottles at the same location and your route delivery guy will replace them with new bottles of water.
Q How many days will it take to receive my order?
A For all new accounts, it will take no more than seven (7) working days for application process and arrangement of delivery.
Q How much water should order?
A That will depend on your consumption. To help you determine the right amount, we start our new customers off with four bottles.
Q Can I increase or decrease my order?
A Of course. Just call our Logistic representative or the respective sales coordinators, we will add to or reduce your order for you.
Please note : Min. consumption of RM50.00 per month otherwise there will be a rental charge of RM30 per month/dispenser.
Q What if I run out of water before my next delivery?
A We go to great lengths to make sure that your water supply never runs out. In case of emergency, call our Logistic Department and they will make the necessary arrangements. More often than not, we can deliver water to you that day itself. We suggest that you keep an extra bottle on hand should you be having guest over.
Q How often will I receive my water delivery?
A This will depend on your water consumption and also how many bottles you choose to have on hand at a time. Your water will be delivered according to a 7 day cycle basis.
Q Do you recycle your bottles?
A Absolutely! When we deliver new 19 Liter bottles to your office or home, we pick up the empty bottles, which we sanitize thoroughly and reuse.
Q Is there a service agreement for water service and dispenser rental?
A Terms & conditions will be stated in the quotation whereas the service agreement will be prepared upon the signing of application form. Dispenser rental will be stated clearly in the application form as well.
Q How will I be billed each month for my service?
A On the beginning of every month, our Credit Control Department will mail an invoice according to your billing address.
Q How do I make my payment?
A Payment by cash (official receipts will be issued by drivers), Cheque, direct bank-in to our RHB or Maybank acct and collection by our appointed courier service.
Q Why am I charged a bottle deposit on my initial order?
A We collect a minimum of 4 empty bottle deposit (RM 20/each x 4 bottles = RM80) and it’s for security only. When you terminate our service, your deposit will be refunded upon collection of all empty bottles.
