It is about minimizing waste in our daily life to increase efficiency. So, how are we suppose do define 'waste?

According to Shoichiro Toyoda who was the former president of Toyota, waste is define as "anything other than the minimum amount of equipment, materials, parts, space, and workers time, which are absolutely essential for adding value to the product."

To achieve that, we ensure that everything is kept clean, tidy and we do it with full discipline. By doing so, we can concentrate better on improving ourselves continuously and giving the best to our customers.

It is very important in fostering a good relationships, teamwork , trust level between employees and towards the organization success.
