I’ve always prefer a commitment free dispenser, thinking I can get the office boy to clean it from time to time. How wrong of me!

One morning, when i came into the office, the office carpet was soaked! Water was dripping from one of the faucets of the dispenser and my boss was furious. The company that we rented the dispenser from did not bother warning us about this and they do not have adequate technicians to handle emergencies such as this.

After doing much research, I finally chose Jantzen. The technician explained that routine checks must be conducted on a regular basis so that certain parts can be replaced and incidents such as the one that previously happened can be avoided. Our dispenser from Jantzen is being checked upon as scheduled, and sanitation of the interior is done as well. I no longer have to worry about the condition of our dispenser as every aspect is well taken care of by Jantzen.

I got the shock when I found cockroaches crawling out from my dispenser!

Apparently they love the heat of the hot water therefore they would reside inside the dispenser. I did not sign up for the maintenance service when I started renting a dispenser. Thinking that I could save the money, I opted to call only when I had a dispenser problem.

I found out later that that was moss inside my dispenser as well due to the conditions inside. Only then I decided that the money wasn’t worth saving. I had unintentionally put my family’s health at risk. I’m glad that Jantzen has technicians who can check and service my dispenser on a regular basis.
